QRF - Quick Reaction Force. A small highly mobile unit, ready for any contingency. Whether the current situation requires a defensive force to maintain and defend vital areas, or a small offensive force ready to deploy in a moments notice to supplement a larger force, or to simply sneak around to take vital areas from the enemy. We require teamwork. Unlike many other groups/ clans/ squads/ teams...etc, we understand that teamwork does not always mean suicide charging in large groups. We have no problem in defending vital areas, attacking enemy positions, or splitting forces to harass the enemy no matter where the enemy is. Teamwork is commonly associated with a full squad moving in the same direction. Here at Team QRF, we realize that teamwork is multiple squads working together. A lone sniper may provide overhead cover, and spot enemies, while a squad overtakes an objective. At Team QRF, we believe in teamwork. Careful placement of obstacles (mines, claymores, snipers), and covert ops (people sneaking through enemy lines) not only supplement the force, but keep the enemy off balance. The main part of teamwork is communication. All players must learn to communicate. The best players are the ones that rely on their teammates (regardless of experience) to communicate effectively their position and the position of the opposing forces within their range of influence.
